Terms & Conditions

1. Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.

2. Authentication & Password Responsibility

Accounts can be created and accessed via Google Sign-In or Email Sign-In. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify Nexus Intelligence Support immediately of any unauthorised access.

3. Four-Device Access Policy

Each Nexus Intelligence subscription supports use on up to four (4) active devices. If a fifth device signs in, the oldest active session may automatically be signed out to maintain account security and prevent credential sharing.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Pro features require an active paid subscription. Pricing is listed in USD. Payments are processed by PayFast and PayPal. South African payments may be converted to ZAR using the applicable exchange rate; banks and payment providers may apply additional fees.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; access continues until that date, after which the account is downgraded to the Free plan. 5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Service;
• resell, sublicense or redistribute the Service or its outputs;
• engage in referral abuse, including self-referrals, fake accounts or fraudulent subscriptions;
• abuse or share subscription credentials outside the four-device limit;
• scrape, crawl or systematically extract data from the Service;
• upload malicious content, malware or unlawful material.

6. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, without refund, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse the referral programme, or use the Service in a way that harms us, other users, or third parties. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the account settings.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title and interest in and to the Service — including the Nexus Intelligence name, branding, logos, AI-generated reports, website content, source code, documentation, designs and underlying technology — remain the exclusive property of G GLOBAL HOLDINGS (Pty) Ltd. No licence is granted except the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

8. AI Analysis Disclaimer

Nexus Intelligence provides educational AI-generated market analysis. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax or trading advice. AI outputs can be incomplete or wrong; if a chart is unclear, the engine may return NO TRADE. You remain fully responsible for your own trading decisions. Trading carries substantial risk, including loss of principal, and profits are never guaranteed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", with no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation;
• Nexus Intelligence is not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or consequential damages;
• Nexus Intelligence is not liable for decisions made by brokers, prop firms or other third parties referenced in the Service;
• Nexus Intelligence is not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party payment providers (PayFast, PayPal);
• our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service will not exceed the fees paid by you to Nexus Intelligence in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Force majeure. We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, upstream provider failures, government action or natural disasters.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold Nexus Intelligence and G GLOBAL HOLDINGS (Pty) Ltd harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of South Africa shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
