Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how G GLOBAL HOLDINGS (Pty) Ltd (Registration Number 2025/591018/07), operator of Nexus Intelligence ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, stores and protects information about you when you use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. Email address, display name, hashed password (email sign-in) or Google account identifier (Google Sign-In), and profile preferences.

Authentication data. Sign-in events, session tokens, and device fingerprints used to enforce the four-device access policy.

Payment information. We do not store card numbers or bank details. PayFast and PayPal handle payment credentials; we retain transaction identifiers, plan, amount, currency, and status.

Referral programme data. Referral code, referrer/referee links, commission history, and payout method (PayPal email).

Usage data. Analyses performed, features accessed, timestamps, and basic device/browser metadata.

Uploaded content. Chart images and prompts you submit for AI analysis.

Communications. Support messages sent via email or WhatsApp.

2. Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and secure your session. Analytics cookies help us understand aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies will prevent sign-in.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, operate and improve the Service.
  • Authenticate you and enforce the four-device access policy.
  • Process subscription payments and referral commissions.
  • Send transactional emails (account, receipts, referrals, product updates you have opted into).
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse and referral manipulation.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

4. Email Communications

Transactional emails (sign-in, receipts, referral events, security notices) are sent via Resend and are essential to the Service. Marketing emails, if any, are opt-in and include an unsubscribe link.

5. Third-Party Services

We share the minimum data needed with the following processors:

  • Supabase — authentication, database and secure storage.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery.
  • PayFast — subscription payments (ZAR).
  • PayPal — subscription payments and referral payouts (USD).
  • Google Authentication — Google Sign-In.

Each processor operates under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Data Storage & Security

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted to authorised personnel and enforced through role-based access controls and row-level security. We monitor for unauthorised access and apply security updates promptly. No system is perfectly secure; you use the Service at your own risk.

7. Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations, to enforce our Terms, and to resolve disputes. Payment and commission records are retained for the periods required by applicable law.

8. Data Deletion & Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting Nexus Intelligence Support. Upon deletion request we will remove or anonymise your personal data except where retention is legally required (e.g. financial records).

POPIA (South Africa). You have the right to access, correct, delete, and object to the processing of your personal information under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013.

GDPR (EEA/UK). Where applicable, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

9. International Data Transfers

Our processors may store or process data outside South Africa. Where such transfers occur, we rely on the safeguards provided by those processors and applicable law.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
