Referral Programme Terms

1. Eligibility

Any Nexus Intelligence account holder in good standing may participate. You must be legally able to receive commission payouts in your jurisdiction and comply with all applicable tax obligations on referral income you receive.

2. Referral Tracking & Links

Each participant receives a unique referral code and link. Referrals are attributed when a new user signs up using your link or code and successfully activates a paid subscription. Attribution is single-tier and stored at signup — links do not overwrite an existing referrer.

3. Commission Rates

• 15% commission on the first four (4) successful paid referrals.
• 20% commission from the fifth successful paid referral onward.

Commission is calculated on the net subscription amount received in USD, excluding taxes, refunds, chargebacks and payment-provider fees.

4. Free-Month Reward

Once you reach four (4) successful paid referrals, you receive one (1) month of Nexus Intelligence Pro free, credited by extending your current subscription period by one month.

5. Payouts

• Minimum withdrawal: $10 USD.
• Payout method: PayPal (you must provide a valid PayPal email).
• Commissions become available after a 14-day maturation window covering the refund period. Prior to maturation they are shown as pending.
• Payouts are processed within a reasonable time after a valid withdrawal request meeting the minimum threshold.
• PayPal fees, currency-conversion charges and any taxes are your responsibility.

6. Reversals

Commissions may be reversed and any resulting negative balance deducted from future commissions if the underlying subscription is:

• refunded (in whole or in part);
• charged back or disputed;
• identified as fraudulent, self-referred, or otherwise in breach of these Programme Terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct — Referral Fraud

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of commissions and suspension or termination of the account:

• Self-referrals using duplicate or secondary accounts.
• Fake subscriptions, including subscriptions funded with stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
• Duplicate accounts created to inflate referral counts.
• Incentivised traffic or misleading advertising that misrepresents Nexus Intelligence.
• Trademark bidding, cybersquatting, spam or unsolicited bulk messaging.
• Any attempt to manipulate tracking, attribution or reward logic.

8. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate any affiliate account and withhold or reverse any commission where we reasonably suspect abuse, fraud, chargeback activity or breach of these Programme Terms or the Terms & Conditions.

9. Changes to the Programme

Referral rewards, rates, thresholds and mechanics may be modified or discontinued with reasonable notice. Changes do not affect commissions already matured and available at the time the change takes effect.
