Subscription & Payment Terms

These Subscription & Payment Terms apply to all paid plans of Nexus Intelligence, operated by G GLOBAL HOLDINGS (Pty) Ltd (Registration Number 2025/591018/07). They form part of the Terms & Conditions.

1. Plans

Free Plan. Limited access to core educational features at no cost.

Pro Plan. Full access to institutional analysis, precision tools and expanded quotas. Available as monthly or annual billing.

2. Pricing & Currency

All prices are listed in USD. South African payments may be converted to ZAR at the applicable exchange rate when processed via PayFast. Banks, card issuers and payment providers may apply additional currency-conversion or cross-border fees for which we are not responsible.

3. Payment Providers

  • PayFast — recommended for South African customers (ZAR).
  • PayPal — international customers (USD).

We do not store card numbers or bank account details. Payment credentials are handled directly by the provider.

4. Subscription Activation

Pro access is provisioned only after successful payment verification by the applicable provider (PayFast ITN or PayPal webhook). Provisional or pending payments do not grant access. If a payment appears to have succeeded but access has not been provisioned within a reasonable time, contact Nexus Intelligence Support.

5. Automatic Renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current price, using the same payment method, until cancelled. We may provide advance notice of price changes.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You keep Pro access until that date; after expiration the account is automatically downgraded to the Free Plan. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund — see the Refund Policy.

7. Failed Payments

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge for a short grace period. If the payment remains unsuccessful, the account will be downgraded to the Free Plan until a valid payment is received.

8. Taxes

Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless expressly stated. You are responsible for any taxes, duties or levies imposed on the purchase by your jurisdiction.

9. Referral Rewards & Free Months

Referral commissions and free-month rewards are governed by the Referral Programme Terms.
